Joel Gragg
Founder | Managing Partner
Joel has over two decades of direct investment, banking and advisory experience within the middle-market and technology sectors Joel has originated and helped lead over $1 Billion+ in debt capital commitments. Prior to founding fitcapital, Joel was Managing Director and Head of Stifel Technology Capital, part of Stifel Financial Corp (NYSE: SF).  Joel received a BS from the University of California at Davis and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University. He lives in the SF | Bay Area with his wife and two daughters. Joel is a Registered Representative of BA Securities, LLC, Member FINRA SIPC.
Chad Cochran
Managing Partner
With over 15 years of experience across Technology Banking, Chad has a deep background and robust investor network within the innovation economy Prior to joining fitcapital as Managing Partner, Chad served as the Market Executive for the NorCal Innovation Economy Banking Group at J.P. Morgan where he led a team of Bankers and diverse venture-to-late-stage growth customer portfolio. Throughout his career, Chad has closed on transactions ranging from $5 million to over $100 million+ Chad received a BS from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Masters from Northwestern University. He resides in the SF | Bay Area with his family.
Jon Weitzel
Partner
Jon is a seasoned debt investor with over 20 years' experience across the public and private debt landscape Prior to joining fitcapital, Jon was a Director at BridgeBank and responsible for leading one of several teams for their Technology Finance division. Jon has also held senior credit roles at Wells Fargo, Orix Growth Capital, and White Oak Global Advisors. Jon received his BS from Cal Poly SLO and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He lives in the SF Bay Area with his wife, son, and daughter.
